Hills Training

Hills Training will take place at Hinchingbrooke Park. The Training is to be Kenyan Hills and meeting at the Café at 6.30pm. There is no restriction on the number of athletes, but:
To ensure we have a Covid 19 secure environment, athletes will need to:
Confirm they have no Covid 19 Symptoms
Confirm they have emailed Emma Stevens the Welfare Officer
Agree to their Contact details being passed on to Track and Trace if required
Remain at least 2m apart from other athletes and follow other Government guidelines such as hand washing
Not touch any fences, railings, park benches etc
Warm Up with Dynamic Mobility
2 x Sets of between 5 – 7 Reps of 100 – 200m up and 100 – 150m along at RPE 8. Recover at RPE 4 – 5 back to the Start and 15 – 30 seconds Recovery Interval between Reps. 2 Minutes between Sets.
