Cambourne 10K
The race, back to its usual April slot, was the 4th “Nominated” event in the 2024 Senior Running Championships. A total of 13 BRJ’ers were among the 300 finishers that enjoyed the dry & warm conditions although some parts of the course were “sticky” underfoot.
Neil Whitaker, currently concentrating on competing in 10K events, led home the BRJ sqaud in the top 15. Harriet Dolby was our leading lady. It was a welcome return for Donna Whitaker after a break from competition. The course & conditions clearly suited 4 members as they all secured new Club 10K PB’s. These individuals were:-
