BRJ Summer Games

After the Anniversary games we thought we should have a Summer Games this year. Come along and join the fun, run around and have a laugh.

This event is free to members but donations to the club charity, BEAT, are always welcome 

Events and racing (perhaps not quite in the way you have ever done before) will take place on and around the track. Games and other contests will be held in-field.

Some will involve teams so come along with your team or join a team on the day.

Don’t forget to bake for the charity cake stall and for a chance to be BRJ Bake Off winner.  

Here is what to expect:

1.30pm: Registration your chance to sign up for events. No charge/ no limit 

2.00 pm:  Obstacle warm up: all welcome to have a go 

2.15 rolling relay 

2.30pm: Guestimate Charity 800m Juniors 

               Guestimate charity Mile Seniors 

    Donations to club charity in bucket 

2.45pm Ball relay Mixed teams over 80m.

Infield Water relay Juniors families and supporters.  

3.00pm Young and Old Mini marathon Relay,

  Race from track round the cricket field 4 laps (Teams of 2 seniors and 2 juniors) 

   3.15 Indian File relay (Teams of 6 mixed) 

  3.30pm Tug of War (mixed teams)  

3.45 Elimination Race Juniors / Elimination Race Seniors
