Parkrun Junior 2K<\/strong> Parkrun 5K<\/strong> All 3 Parkrun Venue Debuts took place in Australia, namely at Belair National Park (Adelaide) by Alice Npyes in her 350th Parkrun, Echuca Moama (Nr Melbourne) by Nigel Maggs & Phil Pearson at Gainsborough Greens Nr Brisbane.<\/p>\n At Huntingdon, 3 BRJ’ers secured new Club 5K PB’s for 8th placed Slawomir Dziarmaga by 22 Secs, 32 Secs for Douglas Rowan & 31 Secs by Junior Sophie Coe.<\/p>\n Blicking Autumn 1\/2 Marathon<\/strong> Watford 1\/2 Marathon<\/strong>
\n3 BRJ’ers took part at Jubilee Park. Isaac Friswell led home George Jenner & Alexander Eason.<\/p>\n
\nBRJ’ers returned to Amager Faeled (Copenhagen, Denmark), Bedford, Brighton & Hove, Catton, Colney Lane (Course PB for Adam D’Souza), Ferry Meadows, Hadleigh, Hunstanton Promenade, Market Rasen Racecourse, Northampton, Rushmere, Sandringham, Storeys Field (Course PB for Marco Wassersleben), University of Northampton & Woodhouse Moor. At Pocket, Kerry Surkitt secured a new Club 5k PB by a 19 Sec margin.<\/p>\n
\nFollowing a Club 10M Debut the previous Sunday & a new Course 5K PB at Colney Lane Parkrun, Adam D’Souza travelled to Blicking to participate in their Autumn 1\/2. The event name is somewhat misleading but is because the race planned for October 2023 had to be postponed. Of the 705 runners, Adam finished in position 144 in a time of 1:43:35 (rounded) representing a new Club PB by a 2 Min 19 Sec margin compared with the time Adam set at St Neots. The date for the 2024 Autumn event is the 24 October.<\/p>\n
\nThe day following a new Club 5K at Pocket Parkrun, Kerry Surkitt was the sole BRJ’er at Watford. Of the 1,329 finishers, Kerry completed the course in a chip time of 1:52:59 in position 627.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
