A free welcome session on Monday 29th April at 19:00 (7:00pm) in Hinchingbrooke Park in front of the caf\u00e9. Full details can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/brjrunandtri.org\/wp\/?page_id=2133\">beginners&#8217; page<\/a>. Subsequent runs will mostly be from the same location, although we may occasionally join the main Monday club run at that start location.<\/p>\n<p>The programme is aimed at people who want to take up running and for people who want to get back to running after a break.
