RUNNING<\/h3>\n

Parkrun Junior 2K<\/strong>
\nAt Jubilee Park, Oliver Carmody finished in the Runner-Up position, securing Club PB #3 of 2023 by a 9 Sec margin since the Jubilee Parkrun of 21 May. Also at Jubilee Park, Alexander Eason secured 10th position.<\/p>\n

Parkrun 5K<\/strong>
\nBRJ’ers returned to Alice Holt, Armley (1st place overall for Keelan Duffy), Amager Strandpark (Denmark), Brixworth Country, Chalkwell Beach (10th place overall & 1st female for Felicity Baillie), Kirkcaldy, Sheringham, Snowden Field, St Albans & Stratford-upon-Avon.<\/p>\n

BRJ’ers made Club Debuts at 2 Venues. These were Babs Mill by Nicki McMahon & Huddersfield by Sarah Hall which also secured a 2 Min 25 Sec PB since May 2015’s Huntingdon Parkrun.<\/p>\n

At Huntingdon, 2 BRJ’ers achieved new Club 5K PB’s. In order of merit these were Andrew Stevenson by 41 Secs (#3 of 2023) & Mica Covell by 31 Secs (#2 of 2023). Both Paul Eddleston & Phillipa French made their Club 5K Debuts.<\/p>\n

MULTI-SPORTS<\/h3>\n

Rob McClean Junior Tri<\/strong>
\nBRJ Juniors participated in the Tristar 2 & Youth Competitions.<\/p>\n

Tristar 2<\/strong> – Iris Purser was 41st of the 53 finishers in a total time of 00:30:53. position. Her splits were:-
\nSwim (200M) – 00:04:40
\nT1 – 00:01:39
\nBike (4K) – 00:16:47
\nT2 – 00:00:24
\nRun (1.8K) – 00:08:59<\/p>\n

Youth<\/strong> – Henry Reeve was 8th of the 22 finishers in a total time of 00:33:25. position. His splits were:-
\nSwim (300M) – 00:04:28
\nT1 – 00:01:25
\nBike (6K) – 00:17:13
\nT2 – 00:00:28
\nRun (2.4K) – 00:10:24<\/p>\n

Grafman Middle Distance Tri<\/strong>
\nThe 260 successful finishers participants would have welcomed the excellent weather conditions for this years middle distance event, comprising a 1.9K (Swim), 90K (Bike) & 21K (Run). 2 BRJ’ers were amongst the finishers:-<\/p>\n

Stuart Hathaway – Finished in a time of 5:12:16 in position 93.<\/p>\n

Lawrence Raven – Finished in a time of 6:00:43 in position 194.<\/p>\n
