Junior Parkrun 2k<\/strong> Parkrun 5K<\/strong> Mel Gearing & Sue Yendley made a BRJ Debut at Bramshall Road (Uttoxeter). \nAt a sunny Jubilee Park, Alexander Eason completed Junior Parkrun #100.<\/p>\n
\nThere were BRJ returns to Bushey, Daventry, Ferry Meadows, Great Denham, Littleport, Market Rasen Racecourse, Pocket, Storey\u2019s Field (3rd place for Keelan Duffy), Whittlesey & Wimpole (Helen Richardson completed Parkrun #150).<\/p>\n
\nA late result from New Years Eve which saw Alice Edwards as the sole BRJ\u2019er among the 149 finishers completing the course in a time of 00:52:31 in position 61.<\/p>\n
\nPriory Park at St Neots, location of Frostbite #3 this season, was again the venue for the Cambs County Cross Country Champs. The programme of races encompasses both Junior (from the U11 Category) & Senior competitors. The weather for 2023 was the best for many years resulting in some great individual performances. For 2023, there was much lower attendance from nearly all of the Clubs than in previous years & specifically for BRJ this meant that it was only the Under 11 Girls that reached the minimum number of finishers to qualify as team (Minimum of 3 for Juniors & 6 for Seniors). Congratulations to all that did attend & represent the Club.<\/p>\n
