PARKRUN JUNIOR 2K<\/strong> PARKRUN 5K<\/strong> At a muddy Huntingdon, Junior Henry Reeve secured a 23 Sec Club 5K PB (#3 of 2022) with Lisa Shacklock finishing just shy of her existing Parkrun PB. Emma Stevens, our Welfare Officer, completed Parkrun #100.<\/p>\n EvenSplits 5K (Leeds)<\/strong> Turkey Trot 1\/2 Marathon<\/strong> Wendover Woods 1\/2 Marathon<\/strong>
\nAlexander Eason was the only BRJ\u2019er competing in a 2K Parkrun with a return to Jubilee Park.<\/p>\n
\nThere were BRJ returns to Bedford, Coldham\u2019s Common, Colney Lane, Crosby, Downham Market Academy, East Park, Great Denham, Mansfield Queensland (Australia), Pocket & York. No PB\u2019s were achieved at these venues. Kate Ruddock made a BRJ debut at Sedgefield.<\/p>\n
\nKeelan Duffy competed in the Leeds edition of a local 5K race league being held at the Brownlee Centre. Of the 85 competitors, Keelan finished in 6th position in a time of 00:16:22, just 1 Sec shy of his current Club 5K PB.<\/p>\n
\nFelicity Baillie finished in 5th place overall (2nd Woman) from the 10 finishers in a time of 2:09;04.<\/p>\n
\nPaul Treadwell made a return visit to Wendover Woods, adjacent to RAF Halton, in the picturesque Chiltern Hills. The 1\/2 Marathon consisted of 2 laps around a challenging & undulating course & of the 148 finishers, Paul completed the distance in a time of 2:23:48 in position 109 & was runner-up in his Age Category, missing top spot by just 2 positions & 1 Min 16 Secs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
