{"id":4559,"date":"2022-11-22T10:36:41","date_gmt":"2022-11-22T10:36:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brjrunandtri.org\/wp\/?p=4559"},"modified":"2022-11-22T10:52:17","modified_gmt":"2022-11-22T10:52:17","slug":"latest-results-22-11-22-mike-gullis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brjrunandtri.org\/wp\/?p=4559","title":{"rendered":"Latest Results 22\/11\/22 &#8211; Mike GULLIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>RUNNING<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Parkrun Junior 2K<\/strong><br \/>\nAt a sunny Jubilee Park, Ethan Ward finished in 3rd place overall &amp; leading home the remaining 2 BRJ\u2019ers, namely Alexander Eason &amp; Amelie Ward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parkrun 5K<\/strong><br \/>\nBRJ\u2019ers returned to Bury St Edmunds, Doddington Hall, Kettering, Pocket, Preston Park (Course PB for Alex Mitton), Snowden Field &amp; York (Course PB for Heledd Marshall-Roberts). 3 BRJ\u2019ers (Claire Few, Kate Ruddock &amp; Sue Yendley) made a Parkrun debut at East Park (Wolverhampton).<\/p>\n<p>At Huntingdon, William Dales finished in the runner-up position &amp; Parkrun milestones were achieved by Adam Covell (#50), Samantha Healey (#150) &amp; Clive Best (#200).<\/p>\n<p><strong>York 5K<\/strong><br \/>\nKeelan Duffy finished in 5th place of the 73 finishers in a time of 00:16:41 representing a 4 Sec Club PB (#7 of 2022) compared to the time he set at January 2022\u2019s Great Denham Parkrun.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hampton Court Palace 10K<\/strong><br \/>\nWilliam Dales completed this picturesque course involving a 5K run alongside the River Thames &amp; the remainder on a muddy route with some slippery sections. Will was 6th of the 1,578 finishers in a time of 00:35:42, representing a significant 1 Min 35 Sec Club PB (#3 of 2022) compared to the time he set way back at September 2017\u2019s Great Cambridge 10K.<\/p>\n<p><strong>St Neots 1\/2 Marathon<\/strong><br \/>\nThe wet weather in the days preceding the event moved away 2 hours before the start meaning that the race was held in near perfect long distance running conditions, aside for a slight headwind from Mile 10 to the finish &amp; so slightly offsetting the time benefits of the overall downhill gradient of this final section. Historically, this event produces numerous PBs and 2022 was no exception with 6 new Club PB\u2019s, 5 Distance debuts &amp; an Age Category podium.<\/p>\n<p>The in-form Jonathan Harding led home the BRJ squad in a Club PB time. This was his 14th PB of the year &amp; maintaining his position as the current leader of the Senior Men\u2019s Running PB competition, ahead of Paul Mitton. \u201cCoach\u201d Paul Mitton was the next home, again in a PB time, which importantly meant he has now PB\u2019d during 2022 in distances at 5K, 10K, 1\/2 Marathon, 30K, 20M &amp; Full Marathon. Entries are still OPEN for this race. The individual results detail the Age Graded Scores that count towards the Running Champs. As a reminder, the rules of this competition require members to complete 4 of the 12 \u201cNominated\u201d events, although 1 Full Marathon can be included within the 4.
