We<br \/>\nhave a few additional rules and guidelines for you to follow to ensure we are covid compliant and to<br \/>\nkeep you all safe.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Start line moved to start of field to enable runners to spread out as far as possible before<br \/>\nreaching pinch points.<\/p>\n<p>We appreciate everyone wants to race and jostle for a start position but ask if all could keep<br \/>\na sensible distance before the start of the race and consider wearing and carrying the mask<br \/>\nuntil numbers thin out<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Runners asked to keep left of the paths when running in and out of the nature reserve when<br \/>\nfacing each other<\/li>\n<li>Runners asked to pass with a wide berth when passing each other<\/li>\n<li>Finishers to make their way through the finish funnel to collect token without delay and to<br \/>\nclear into the main field as soon as possible<\/li>\n<li>Refreshments available at a reduced menu and set price for tea and coffees at \u00a31, cake at \u00a31<br \/>\nmoney paid in an honesty pot, own mug bought and utilised where able<\/li>\n<li>Spectators and early finishers to consider social distancing rules and not to gather in groups<br \/>\nof more than 30 and to maintain safe distancing<\/li>\n<li>Socialising after the event to be kept to a minimum, although we have a large field area for<br \/>\ngroups of no more than 30 to gather together and enjoy refreshments and the post-race<br \/>\nglow<\/li>\n<li>Although the Clubhouse will be open for toilets, we encourage runners to come prepared to<br \/>\nrun and additional portaloos have been arranged. There is a one-way system for the<br \/>\nClubhouse and masks to be worn when traversing through<\/li>\n<li>Runners and spectators asked to utilise hand sanitizers, masks where applicable and to<br \/>\nfollow the latest guidance for gatherings inside and out<\/li>\n<li>Would appreciate if all attending can return a lateral flow test and to not attend if positive<br \/>\nor they are showing symptoms of covid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Car Parking for March Race in the Frostbite League Series<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4062\" src=\"https:\/\/brjrunandtri.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/F4parking-1024x670.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"670\" srcset=\"https:\/\/brjrunandtri.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/F4parking-1024x670.png 1024w, https:\/\/brjrunandtri.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/F4parking-300x196.png 300w, https:\/\/brjrunandtri.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/F4parking-768x503.png 768w, https:\/\/brjrunandtri.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/F4parking.png 1296w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Please note that car parking is limited and therefore every effort must be made to car share<br \/>\nwhenever possible. All car parking is free.<\/p>\n<p>Runners are asked to follow car park marshals\u2019 instructions and must not park on Longhill Road near<br \/>\nto the gates to the sports field or near to the entrance to the Nature Reserve as this might hinder<br \/>\nrunners.<\/p>\n<p>Car Parks 1 and 2 are on HM Prison property and are a four to five minute walk from the sports<br \/>\nground.
