All events are pool swim and an off-road run around Hinchingbrooke School / Country Park.

Seniors - £14

All entries include British Triathlon Federation (BTF) day race licence. Existing BTF members must bring their up-to-date race license to claim a refund for race licence fee. No licence no refund.

Information of race day registration will be sent to entrants via email and available on our website 2 weeks before the event, no details will be sent out by post.

Conditions of Entry

On Registering for the BRJ Run & Tri Aquathlon you are agreeing to abide by Triathlon England Rules and Regulations, which will be applied to this race.

Confirmation of Entry

On entering the event online you will receive confirmation of entry.

 

Competitor Withdrawal

If a competitor is unable to race they must contact the race organiser via email by 31st May to receive a refund. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure this is received. The competitor will receive a refund less £5 administration fee if received in the appropriate time. Email tri@brjrunandtri.org.

Competitors who do not advise the race organiser by the due date will not be entitled to any refund.

 

Transfer of Entry

Under no circumstances will applicants be permitted to transfer their entry.

 

Competing

Competing in a race can be physically strenuous and competitors acknowledge that the event will be physically demanding and are aware of the associated medical and physical risks.

Competitors must be capable of competing in the event and agree to be solely responsible for their own actions and that BRJ Run & Tri, its marshals, volunteers, sponsors and associates are not responsible for any injury or illness that the competitor may suffer as a result of competing in the event.

Any medical conditions must be recorded on the reverse of your number along with emergency contact information.

 

Registration

Competitors are required to register within the allocated times, those who fail to do so will not be allowed to race. Registration is on the day only and times will be verified in the final race instructions that are emailed a week prior to the event. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure they receive the final race information.

 

Changes to Event

The organiser reserves the right to change any section of the race if it is deemed necessary for safety reasons. In the unlikely event of cancellation there will be no refund.
