St Neots Half Marathon This was the last Club Champs nominated event for this year and with ideal weather for endurance running, of the 46 BRJ finishers, 17 acheived PB's and there were 7 Club Half Marathon debutants, which included our top placed runner, Tim O'Connor. Tim's run makes him the 3rd fastest BRJ runner over the half marathon distance, edging out Darren Preston by just 18 seconds. This time also beats Tim's non-BRJ half marathon PB by about 3 minutes. Tim was well supported by our other "elite" men with 6 BRJ men in the top 100 finishers.

Cambridge Parkrun saw Gillian Peck get a PB, 9 secs quicker than her 5k time set at this venue on 30 July 2011. Gillian's 4th PB of 2011 so far, and all over the 5k distance. Age Category Winners Jackie Wren & Phil Pearsons Club Debut(s) Jackie Wren - Debut run for the club over 5K in which she was her age category winner and the first ever BRJ lady to score in excess of 80% (Platinum level) as a Age Graded Percentage score!
