BRJ were well represented at the recent Equinox24 Relay event with four teams of eight entered. The teams were, BRJ Superheroes, BRJ Incredibles, BRJ Eat Sleep Run Repeat and BRJ Incredible Divas.

Want to bring some fun back into to your running, walking or cycling? Looking for something active that the whole family can do? Up for a challenge and want to be inspired?
We are taking the steeplechase event back to its routes and using church steeples, and some towers, for a fun event that you can either walk, run or cycle in groups and choose the length of your course. Family groups can combine running and cycling. All successful participants will receive a certificate on completing the course.
Last Sunday's 2km Junior Parkrun at Milton Country Park in Cambridge saw not only a great turnout from the junior members but also some fantastic times and results. There were PBs for Lauren Elliott, Beatrice Pauley and Jodie Elliot and second position overall and first girl for Lauren. Bea knocked a whopping 32 seconds off her previous PB.
Junior parkruns are open to all 4 to 14 year olds and one is held at Milton Country Park every Sunday at 10.00am. Just like the Saturday parkruns, runners need to register and print a barcode before their first race.

It was tears of joy and disappointment for members taking part in Ironman Wales on September 13th. The race is well established as having one of the most challenging bike and run courses on the Ironman calendar. This is balanced by Tenby's North Beach providing the most spectacular swim location.

Several members journied to the North East for the 35th Great North Run on September 13th. For Captain, Alan Hannibal (pictured with a couple of fairies, he is clearly missing the dressing up!) it was his 26th consecutive Great North Run and for Estelle Murray, it was her very first half marathon. Estelle only joined the club in March as a beginner so very well done to you. Chloe and Ellie Loosley are pictured below.
