About the race
The BRJ Laragh Alconbury Duathlon is a sprint distance or a standard distance on quiet roads and tracks in rural Cambridgeshire. The Sprint features a 5K run, a 20K bike and a second 2.5K run; the Standard is a 10K run, a 40K bike and a second 5K run. Start time is 08:00. Full Chip timing, a race memento for all competitors and age category awards are provided courtesy of Laragh Homes, our local business sponsor and partner.
The race has an Event Permit which will be displayed at race registration.

Entry Fees: Earlybird (to 31/07/17) £30 BTF members, £35 non BTF Members, plus administration fee
Standard (from 01/08/17) £36 BTF members, £41 non BTF Members, plus administration fee
A 2017 BTF Race licence must be produced on race day, failure to do so will result in competitor having to purchase a day licence at a cost of £5.
If you are not a BTF member you are required to purchase a day membership to take part in a BTF sanctioned event. A day membership provides you with civil liability and personal accident insurance cover during the event. The cost of a day membership for this event is £5.
The Race HQ and transition area is located at Alconbury Sports and Social Club, Great North Road, Alconbury, Huntingdon, Cambs PE28 4EX. There is free parking, free beans on toast for all finishers and excellent on site facilities and catering for supporters.
