About the Junior club

Hunts Post Sports AwardThe junior section meets every Wednesday at various locations - primarily Hinchingbrooke Country Park in Summer and the St Ivo Outdoor Centre running track in Winter.   6.30pm-7.30pm (unless otherwise stated). We welcome young people, of all abilities, between the ages of 7 and 18 years.

The sessions are led by qualified coaches who are members of BRJ Run & Tri.

Our sessions are challenging but fun and provide children with the opportunity to exercise in a safe and rewarding environment. Our coaches also focus on developing the juniors overall fitness by delivering a variaty of activities in running & triathlon.

Children are encouraged to take part in the local races such as Huntingdon parkrun and Jubilee Junior parkrun and organised local running/ triathlon  events, as well as our own club events,  no pressure is put on the children to participate.

There’s no obligation to join immediately, if you are interested please contact us via the email below.

Please contact Simon Moore our lead coach or Rachel Miller our Junior members admin on juniors@brjrunandtri.org for more info.

Please read our junior coaching philosophy.

It is vital that juniors and their parent's adhere to our code of conduct.
